I have been a resident of the Tri-Valley/San Ramon Valley area for 26 years.   I live in San Ramon, and my daughter, Monica, attended the San Ramon Valley School District for 12 years.  She also attended Las Positas Community College, in Livermore, before she transferred and graduated from U.C. Davis. 

I, like so many of my clients, was attracted to this area because of it's natural beauty, wonderful quality of life, and great schools.   I was a teacher in Alameda County years ago, before I changed my career to sales. 

This real estate market is currently challenging and changing quickly.  In the past 2 years I have been very active in the foreclosure and pre-foreclosure (short sale) market, and assisting my clients with loan modifications.
